I’m a Communication Designer, working from Bangalore, India. Born in Kerala, raised by (and in) Bombay, I’m fluent in people. I graduated from the National Institute of Design, Kurukshetra in 2021.

I have always been curious about how things work. Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a screwdriver in my pocket, armed and ready to dismantle my family’s favorite gadgets with and without their permission. This unsupervised learning taught me two very valuable lessons - things are way cooler from the inside, and it’s really easy to break something.

When I was about 11 years old, I was handed down a skateboard and chanced upon 4 remote-controlled cars that were running on the same frequency. Screwdriver in hand and a glint in my eye, I immediately began removing the wheels of the skateboard and put the remote controlled cars in place instead. I am convinced this was the first ever electric skateboard. Unfortunately my family thought getting VC funding would be tough, so I stayed in school. It wasn’t like a couple of years (four years,18 days) later a million dollar company came out with the same idea and called it a Boosted board.

This core memory taught me that if you can imagine it, you can build it, and if you love it, odds are someone else will too.

In 2017, I got accepted to the National Institute of Design, where I realized there’s something I like a lot more than remote-controlled cars (and I like them a LOT!) - crafting compelling stories in any and every medium I can get my hands on.
