Transform Health collaborates internationally with numerous partners to advocate for a global health data governance framework, aiming for consensus and community-centered digital transformation at all levels. The initiative's identity begins with the Transform logo's 'plus' symbol and a rich color palette, creating a unique visual analogy of collaborative spirit.
Custom characters, representing diverse, optimistic, empathetic, and empowered individuals worldwide, form the core of a unique illustration library. These characters, with rounded heads and geometric forms, are designed with interchangeable body parts, addressing recurring themes of digital health, telemedicine, and health data. Supported by context-providing objects like phones and stethoscopes, these illustrations are part of an easy-to-use Canva system, ensuring consistent branding and allowing seamless creation and publication of content.
